The American Woodmark Foundation, formed in 1995, is the major vehicle by which American Woodmark Corporation makes its charitable donations.

Potential donees must meet the 501C-3 public charity qualifications as defined by the IRS and must be geographically located in close proximity to a manufacturing facility or the Company's corporate headquarters.
