Operations Track employees typically begin their careers in the following roles:

• Field Supervisor – Coordinates the work of AWC operations employees such as field service and contract service workers like cabinet installers, countertop vendors, and custom accessory vendors.
• Lead Field Supervisor – Assists the Field Operations Manager in the assignment and execution of field service work, including the recruiting and training of field service personnel (field superintendents, service techs and installers).
• Production Supervisor – Leads production team members and optimizes use of plant resources.
• Quality Supervisor – Leads quality team members and optimizes plant resources.
• Inventory Analyst – Analyzes product inventory levels, adjustments and reports, including transactional integrity relating to inventory accuracy.
• Project Engineer – Supports engineering and operations projects, including plant safety, quality, delivery and cost programs.
