Create your path through the Career Orientation and Development Program. Launch your career in a highly competitive, three-stage, 14-week, paid training program aimed toward recent college graduates. The purpose of the program is to learn the entire American Woodmark culture while gaining exposure to the company’s primary processes; from order to install. Throughout the program, the candidate receives career counseling and ongoing assessment in four specialized career tracks: Operations, Sales and Marketing; Support; and Technical.
